细纱机多电机传动系统设计探析

摘    要:传统细纱机的锭子、牵伸罗拉及钢领板升降都由主电机传动,变化纺纱工需要对相应的零件进行变换调整。采用可编程控制器控制,由多电机对需要变换的部分分别传动,可实现一航纺纱工艺的柔性化调整。对细纱机多电机传动系统的机械结构作了介绍;建立了主电机转速、前罗拉电机转速、后罗拉电机转速及钢领板升降的数学模型,对多电机同步和调速的控制方案作了简要介绍。

Abstract:On conventional spinning frame, the spindle, drafting roller and ring rail lifting motion are all drived by the main electromotor, when the spinning process parameters are changed, and the relevant parts would be adjusted accordingly. With programmable controller, the transformation parts can be separately drived by multi-electromotor, and the flexible regulation of the general spinning process come true. The machinery structure of multi-electromotor driving system is introduced, and the mathematical model of speed of main electromotor, front roller electromotor back roller electromotor and the ring rail lifting electromotor are constructed. The synchronous and speed regulation control scheme with multi-electromotor is also briefly introduced.
