摘    要:通过实验模拟摩托车油箱实施自动静电侧喷机喷涂.首先在油箱上搭栽试板摸索喷涂吐出量范围,然后在吐出量恒定、喷涂次数变化或喷涂次数恒定、吐出量变化条件下,对应在X方向上采用固定与跟踪两种喷涂方式,得出油箱涂装过程中采用跟踪喷涂,涂料利用率提高10%,涂膜厚度均匀性更好的结论.在此基础上对跟踪喷涂涂装次数的增加也作了分析,最终达到了系统设置油箱实施跟踪喷涂的工艺规划设计目的.

Abstract:The oil tank on the motorcycle was test sprayed by automatically static side-plate sprayer.Firstly, assemble the test plate on the oil tank to get the range of the spraying output.And then,under the condition of the constant output and variable number of spraying or constant number of spraying and variable output,spray the oil tank by fixed and tracing spraying at the direction X,which concludes that the utilization rate increase by 10% for the tracing spraying and the homogeneity of the paint film thickness is better than before.Furthermore,it has made analysis for the condition that the spraying number increased,which confirm that the design for the tracing spraying for the oil tank on the motorcycle can be feasible.
