| Abstract: | Brief historical information on the development of measurements of the flow rate and volume of liquids and gases in Russia
is presented. The metrological characteristics of the State Standards and the main standard documents are given. The future
prospects for the development of the standard base of the Mendeleev All-Russia Research Institute of Metrology are considered. |
