复合吸附剂对印染废水的脱色性能研究

摘    要:用活性炭粉末、壳聚糖和木质素纤维按一定配比制备了复合吸附剂,并对活性染料印染废水的脱色性能进行了研究.通过试验初步研究了复合吸附剂直接吸附去除印染废水色度中吸附剂投加量、吸附时间等对脱色率的影响,优化出吸附印染废水的最佳条件,使脱色率达到95%以上.此复合吸附剂还可以有效去除CODcr,达到90%以上,并且沉降性能良好.为印染废水处理提供了一种新的处理剂.

Abstract:The complex adsorbent is made by activated carbon, chitosan and cellulose according to certain proportions, and the decolouration property of it for printing and dyeing wastewater of reactive dyes is discussed. Under certain given conditions, the colour removal is more than 95% with good settlement.
