摘    要:机动车辆在低温条件下启动是非常困难的,而且由于启动困难会大量地浪费燃油并加速发动机的磨损,从而对发动机的使用性能甚至是使用寿命产生很大的负面影响。所以,在机动车辆启动之前对发动机进行预热是非常必要的。介绍一种利用电磁感应原理实现的汽车发动机预热器,该预热器通过加热在发动机和水箱之间循环流动的防冻液来提升发动机温度。由于采用电磁感应加热方法,使得预热器具有工作效率高、加热速度快以及安全可靠的特点。

Abstract:To startup the cars under low temperature is so difficult. That will not only waste fuel but also accelerate the engine abrasion and reduce performance and life of the engine. So it is necessary to warm-up engine before we startup the car. The paper introduces a kind of engine warm-up device which use the electromagnetism induction theory. The warm-up device rises the temperature of the engine by heating the antifreeze which constantly flows between engine and water tank. The electromagnetism induction heating method makes the engine warm-up device high efficiency, fast heating speed and safety.
