煤尘着火温度与其粒径的关系研究

摘    要:通过测定不同粒径范围下煤尘层和煤尘云的最低着火温度,得到如下结果:煤尘层和煤尘云的最低着火温度随着煤尘粒径的减小而降低;煤尘层的最低着火温度随煤尘层厚度的增大而降低;同一粒径范围内,煤尘层的最低着火温度低于煤尘云的最低着火温度。分析了煤尘层着火温度与煤尘云最低着火温度概念上的区别,对煤矿防尘工作提出有效建议。

Abstract:With the measurement of the minimum ignition temperature of the coal dust layer and coal dust cloud with different particle sizes,the following results were obtained.The minimum ignition temperature of the coal dust layer and coal dust cloud would be reduced with the coal particle size reduced.The minimum ignition temperature of the coal dust layer would be reduced with the coal dust layer thickness increased.Within a same particle size,the minimum ignition temperature of the coal dust layer would be lower ...
