喷瓷管线接头焊后的涂层与基体的界面研究(I)

摘    要:对焊接前后的喷瓷管线分别进行了金相试验和SEM试验,发现焊接前涂层内有大量的气孔和微裂纹,焊接后,热影响区及其附近的涂层变得均匀,与基体结合更好,离热影响区稍远的区域,裂纹增多,管线容易在这里脱瓷,导致而耐蚀性降低。

Abstract:An investigation on the welded enamel pipelines is taken via microscope, SEM method in this paper. It is found that a lot of porosity and micro cracks exist in the enamel coating. After welded, the porosity of the coating in HAZ and its nearness decrease, and the bindings of the coating to the matrix become well. However, cracks increase in the zone far from HAZ. The coatings here are easier to be divorced. This is one of the important reasons of corrosion resistance decreasing of the coated pipelines.
