摘    要:以烤烟品种SpeightG-28和NC2326杂交得到的137个DH系为作图群体材料,通过ISSR和RAPD标记的遗传连锁分析,构建了包括27个连锁群、由10个ISSR标记和147个RAPD标记组成的烤烟分子标记遗传连锁图。该图谱覆盖长度1838.2cM,平均图距14.1cM。连锁群上有22个分子标记表现偏分离,其中10个集中在连锁群LG9上,其余分散在不同连锁群。这是国内外构建的第一张烤烟分子标记遗传连锁图,为烤烟性状的基因定位及分子标记辅助选择奠定了良好基础。

Abstract:A molecular genetic map of flue-cured tobacco was constructed with a 137 doubled haploid (DH) population from a cross of 2 flue-cured tobacco varieties Speight G-28 and NC2326 by using ISSR and RAPD as markers. The map consisted of 27 linkage groups which included 10 ISSR and 147 RAPD markers, and covered 1838.2 cM with an average distance of 14.1 cM. Among the 22 distorted markers distributed in the map, 10 markers were mapped on the linkage group LG9, and the others were mapped on diverse linkage groups respectively. It is the first molecular genetic linkage map of flue-cured tobacco in the world and is fundamental to the genetic mapping of important traits and marker-assisted selection for flue-cured tobacco.
