军营饮食保障绿色化构建

摘    要:推进军营饮食保障绿色化建设,是满足部队官兵享有良好工作与生活环境、节约资源、提高整体保障效能的重要举措,是军队全面建设现代后勤的客观要求。饮食制作能源绿色化、食具清洗消毒绿色化、烹饪原料选购绿色化、官兵就餐方式绿色化,是饮食保障绿色化建设的主要内容。

Abstract:The construction of green catering on military is a objective requirement of the full - scale military logistics modernization, which will improve the working and living environment of military forces, save resources, and enhance the security efficiency. The main content of the project include: the greening fuel, the greening cleanness and disinfection, the greening food stuff, and the greening dietary habit.
