| 摘 要： | 推进军营饮食保障绿色化建设，是满足部队官兵享有良好工作与生活环境、节约资源、提高整体保障效能的重要举措，是军队全面建设现代后勤的客观要求。饮食制作能源绿色化、食具清洗消毒绿色化、烹饪原料选购绿色化、官兵就餐方式绿色化，是饮食保障绿色化建设的主要内容。
