特高压黄河大跨越铁塔塔头吊装

摘    要:对特高压线路黄河大跨越铁塔塔头进行了分析, 结合现有大跨越铁塔吊装设备, 创新了吊装施工方法, 在塔体上安装辅助抱杆, 拓展了抱杆摇臂吊装范围; 计算选定合适的节点和最佳的连接方式, 将抱杆与塔体连为一体, 达到稳定抱杆起吊性能、增加起吊能力的目的, 实现了特高压黄河大跨越塔塔头吊装。

Abstract:Analysis of tower head of UHV transmission line Yellow River large crossing is performed.Based on available hoisting and installation equipment,innovative construction techniques that installs auxiliary lifting pole on tower body and extends pole arm hoisting range,are created.The appropriate nodes and optimum connection method are calculated to combine the lifting pole and tower together to stabilize the pole and increase its hoisting capability to realize tower head installation for the Yellow River large crossing.
