摘    要:本文研究了冷轧叶片断面上显微硬度值的分布和与之相对应的显微组织,以及冷变形程度对钢的组织和力学性能的影响,得出当延伸系数小于1.5时,随冷变形量的增加,1Cr11MoV钢硬化程度显著增加。

Abstract:The microhardness distribution and 'corresPOnding microstructure at cross section of steel 1Cr11MoV cold rolled for blade, and the effect of the degree of deformation on the strUcture and mechanical properties of steel are presented. With elongation factor less than 1. 5, the degree of cold work hardening of steel increases dramatically with increasing the elongation factor.
