摘    要:在利用现有装置主体设备的基础上,通过优化反应流程、共沸塔更换高效塔板、增设旋流脱水器等改造方案,将装置加工量由20 kt/a提高到30 kt/a.在保证产品质量的情况下,提高了装置平稳率;降低了催化剂消耗和装置能耗;满足了加工量的需要;提高了装置整体经济效益.

Abstract:The capacity of the expanded-bed MTBE unit has been successfully expanded from 20,000 TPY to 30,000 TPY by the utilization of major existing equipment, optimization of reaction process, installation of high-efficiency trays in azeotropic tower and addition of cyclone dehydrator etc. These have enhanced the unit operation reliability, reduced the catalyst and energy consumption, increased the unit production and improved the profitability of the unit while maintaining the designed product specifications.
