摘    要:研究了pH变化对废水中胶体微粒粒径/粒径分布、Zeta电位及超滤过程中溶液通量衰减指数的影响.结果表明,当废水pH为7.14时,废水中胶体微粒和粒径分布达到最大、滤液中总铁含量小于0.1 mg·L~(-1);当pH大于9.6时,废水中荷负电胶体微粒的Zeta电位达到-32 mV.超滤过程中的溶液通量衰减指数表明,废水pH在弱碱性条件下的超滤膜污染较中性或酸性条件下小.

Abstract:The effect of pH on colloid particle size/size distribution zeta potential and the index of penneate flux decline of effluent were studied. It can be concluded that when pH was adjusted to 7.14, the colloid particle size and size distribution reached to the maximum, and the content of total iron was below 0.1 mg·L~(-1); and when pH was adjusted to more than 9.6, zeta potential of colloid particles reached to -32 mV. The index of penneate flux decline in ultrafiltration membrane process showed that membrane fouling was less serious when pH was alkalesccnt.
