减少精梳棉纱毛羽的体会和探讨

摘    要:成纱毛羽多而长且分布不匀,会影响织造工序产质量及成品匀染性。减少纺纱毛羽是一项系统工程,其重点应在细纱工序和络筒工序,再及前纺工序和原料。根据实践分析了毛羽形成原因,提出了减少毛羽的一些办法,并通过生产实例进行验证。加深了毛羽与加捻元件、集合器、络筒工序等关系的认识,认为机件同一性、管理规范化是减少毛羽的重要手段。

Abstract:Because of long, a lot and uneven distribution of yarn hairiness, the product quality of weaving process and end-product level dyeing are effected. Reducing hairiness is a system engineering, its emphases are spinning process and coning process, also including preparatory spinning process and primary material. The cause of hairiness are analysed based on practice, the methods of reducing hairiness are put forward and proved through the producing practice. Getting deeper recognition of relations between hairiness and twister element, collector, coning process. And the main measures of reducing hairiness are element-machine identity and standardized management.
