摘    要:本文介绍了一种基于FPGA的三坐标测量机电机控制系统。为了保证三坐标测量机电机运行,需要有一个能够连接上位机与驱动器的运动控制电路。这个电路需要实现对上位机命令和驱动器反馈信号的处理,并且能够处理一些突发事件,保证三坐标测量机的安全运行。本文重点分析了基于FPGA的三坐标测量机的电机控制电路的实现。本系统实现了用脉冲控制电机运行,精度较高,实现了对电机运行状态的监测,并且在限位信号发出后,电机能够及时停止,防止出现危险,安全性较高,适用于三坐标测量机的电机运行控制。

Abstract:This paper introduces a electromotor control system of coordinate measuring machine(CMM) based on FPGA.A motion-control circuit is needed in the electromotor control of CMM to connect the computer and the drivers.It has the ability to handle with the emergent cases and also has to deal with the order from the computer and the feedback signal to keep the CMM safety.This paper puts the key point on the analysis of the function realization of electromotor control circuit.This system uses pulse to control the motion of the electromotor.It has a high precision.And also this system realizes the monitor of the electromotor motion status,and when sending the limitation signals,the electromotor could stop in time.All of this could prevent the CMM from danger.This system has a high security and it could be apply to control the electromotor motion of CMM.
