| 摘 要： | 为了减少人为因素引起的误动作,使整个电源的运行更加安全可靠,研制了一套800kV重复频率高功率微波驱动电源计算机自动控制系统,实现了电源从手动控制到自动控制的转变。采用PC机与PLC及ADAM模块通讯、虚拟仪器等技术,实现了对触发控制系统、直流高压系统和远程开关机系统的控制。采用光电隔离、多层屏蔽和软硬件滤波等抗干扰措施解决了因电磁干扰强而引起的地电位抬高、触发控制系统损坏、闸流管连动等问题。该系统在上百万次的试验中未出现过一次误触发、误动作,具有很高的可靠性和抗干扰能力。
