| Abstract: | Taking X65 62 mm×30.2 mm and X70 65.2 mm × 31.8 mm steel pipe by JCOE process as an example,the transverse and longitudinal tensile tests on pipe body of X65/X70 SAWL pipe with heavy wall thickness used in seabed were compared,and the influence on pipe body tensile tests results of plate specimen and round bar specimen.The results indicated that specimen shape influence to tensile strength is less;the yield strength and yield ratio of transverse round bar specimen are higher than those of the transverse plate specimen;the yield strength and yield ratio of longitudinal round bar specimen are obviously lower than those of longitudinal plate specimen. |
