内衬PE钢塑复合管材耐低温性能试验

摘    要:简要介绍了我国内衬塑复合钢管的应用和技术发展现状,并对内衬PE复合钢管进行了耐低温性能测试。在生产线上随机抽取试样,进行了耐冷热循环、耐低温冷热循环和耐低温性能等拓展性试验。试验结果表明,在低温至-40 ℃的条件下,钢塑层层间结合力受环境温度变化影响很小,为内衬塑复合钢管扩大应用范围提供了理论依据。

Abstract:It briefly introduced the application and current status of plastic lined compound pipe technology development in China,then conducted low temperature resistance test for PE lined compound pipe,and randomly take samples from production line pipe,hot-cold circulation resistance,hot-cold circulation resistance at low temperature,low temperature resistance tests etc were carried out.As a result,it is indicated that bonded strength of samples with good steel-plastic compound layer changes slightly as the ambient temperature changes within the range of-40 ℃,which provides theoretic foundation for extending the application scale of plastic lined compound pipe.
