摘    要:用有限元方法对直流线圈励磁漏磁检测技术进行研究,建立了直流线圈励磁磁化结构三维模型,分析了线圈的安匝数对磁化能力的影响,确定了直流线圈励磁时的最佳参数,得出了缺陷漏磁场的法向分量与缺陷几何参量及提离值之间的关系.并在实验室条件下进行实验,对部分有限元分析结果进行验证.实验结果表明,直流线圈励磁方法是一种有效的局部磁化方...

Abstract:The finite element method(FEM) was employed to study the DC coil magnetization magnetic flux leakage(MFL) testing technology,and a three-dimensional model for the DC coil magnetization structure was established to have the coil ampere turns influence on magnetizability analyzed,the best parameter determined,as well as the relationship among the normal component of magnetic flux leakage field,and the geometric parameters and the lift-off value obtained.Results of some finite element analysis verified in the lab show that the DC coil magnetization as a local magnetization method is effective;the magnetizability of DC MFL model can meet workpieces detection different in length and can increase the detection scope.
