Abstract:Because of many random factors such as manufacturing precision assambly error,deformation ofcomponents,variation of applied foras,wear and tear so on ,it is necessary to determine the statistical regu-larity and the probability of not causing any kind of failure.In this peper,the kinematic precision and displacement reliability of RCCC spacial mechanism are ana-lyzed.The application of the analyzed results in a cardan joint is calanfied with a specific example,From thecomputation results we can know that the gape in the rotation pairs should be determined by the demanded re-liability.
