摘    要:分析W18Cr4V热轧带钢产生严重边裂的原因,认为最后三道次轧制过程带钢边缘温度剧降,形成变形不均匀,其轧制应力引起边裂,改进立槽排列位置(由K4移至K3)即可消除严重边裂。

Abstract:The cause of severe edge fracture on hot rolled narrow strip steel of W18cr4Vwas analysed. It was considered that the edge fracture was caused by sharp temperature droping on the edge of strip and the rolling stress due to uneven deformation during the last three passes rolling. The problem could be eliminated by changing the arrangcment of vertical grooves (from K4 to K3).
