| 摘 要： | 介绍了利用声发射技术确定有缺陷压力容器能否继续使用和安全运行的条件.水压试验下的声发射试验可监测缺陷的动态发展情况,找出使容器相对安静的使用压力,为常规无损检测做出指导,缩短了检验时间,在确定压力容器的安全使用的条件中起到了关键性的作用.

| Abstract: | This article introduces how to determine the conditions under which a defective pressure vessel can continue to use and operate in a safety way,by means of acoustic emission technique.Acoustic emission tests under hydraulic pressure can monitor the dynamic variation of vessel's defectiveness, determine the pressure under which the vessel operates in a comparatively un-noisy way.Such tests offer guidance for conventional flawless tests,shorten the test process,and play a critical role in determining the conditions under which a defective pressure vessel operates in a safety way. |
