| 摘 要： | 在高校管理中，如何根据高校教师的行为或者说不同偏好(即效用函数)的特征来设计适当的激励机制，使高校教师的最优行为与政府和学校的目标“激励和容”，是一个值得研究的问题。文章基于委托-代理理论的基本概念，分析了高校教师的偏好并构建了相应的效用函数，在综合激励楼式的基础上提出了高校教师的激励模型，并从内激励和外激励两个方耐探讨了高校教师的激励方式。

| Abstract: | Based on the basic concepts of the principal agent theory, the preference of college teachers is analyzed and utility function is constructed in this paper. The motivation model of college teachers is also given on the foundation of Robert House's comprehensive motivation mode, and the encouragement way of the college teachers is probed. |
