β-环糊精·氯氰菊酯包合物的制备及性能测试

摘    要:为了开发菊酯类农药新剂型 ,采用液相法制备了 β-环糊精·氯氰菊酯包合物 ,借助紫外光谱法和核磁共振法确证了包合物的形成 ,通过差热分析证明包合态氯氰菊酯的热稳定性显著增加 ,用旋光度法证明该包合物主客体之比为 1∶ 1 ,物相分析确认该包合物为水包油型包合物。

Abstract:In order to develop new insecticide of cypermethin, inclusion compound of cypermethin with β cyclodextrin was prepared by means of liquid phase method, and characterized by using UV and 1H NMR. Differential thermal analysis proves that the thermal stability of included cypermethin has been increased. The host/guest ratio of the compound is 1∶1 determined by optical activity test, and it is an oil in water inclusion compound according to phase analysis result.
