| 摘 要： | 基于高速单片机-CPLD的多路绝缘耐压智能测试台,由单路绝缘耐压测试仪、高速单片机系统、CPLD、高压继电器组和上位PC机组成,采用VC 编写快速搜索算法.用户先发送联机命令与测试台串口联机通信,成功后在监控界面设置测试参数.测试台按要求开始测试,在监控界面显示实时数据.测试完成后,数据存入数据库以备查询.

| Abstract: | The multi-circuit test desk for insulated resistance and withstanding voltage intelligent based on CPLD is composed by single-channel insulated resistance and withstanding voltage reflect scope reflector, high-speed MCU, CPLD, high-pressure relay unit and PC, used VC to compile the fast search algorithm. At first, the user transmitted on-line order to correspondent with serial port of desk; then established test parameter in monitoring contact surface. The test panel started to test according to the request and demonstrate real-time data in monitoring contact surface. After test, the system stored the data to database for the inquiry. |
