网格圈型集聚纺集聚区工艺参数对集聚效果的影响

摘    要:为获得负压大小、网格圈外表面摩擦因数对集聚区集聚效果的影响,建立集聚区流体动力学模型,分析了集聚区域内气流的流动状况,在其他条件相同的基础上,采用自编的Matlab编程模拟不同负压及相同负压不同摩擦因数下对应位置处单纤维在集聚区的运动轨迹。研究结果表明:负压大小和网格圈外表面摩擦因数均对集聚效果有影响,在二者取值较小时,集聚效果随着取值的增加相应有不同程度的改善,达到各自的最佳集聚状态后,取值增加使得集聚效果恶化。
