| 摘 要： | 通过对MELP编码方案的深入研究,提出进一步将MELP数据的再压缩方法.方法通过对MELP压缩的数据块系列去掉偶数块,保留奇数块使其数据量为MELP原数据的一半.在使用时,使用特殊的线性插值算法,恢复成MELP数据.该方法在保证语音质量的基础上,数据速率达到1.2 kbps.

| Abstract: | A method for recompression of MELP audio was developed in this paper.The MELP original data was halved by taking out the even buffer and reserving the odd buffer.The data was recover to MELP data in the process by special linear interpolation arithmetic way.The data transmission speed was up to 1.2 kbps with this method and the audio quality was kept better. |
