中国水资源安全忧患及对策

从我国水资源的污染现状及发展趋势论述了我国水资源安全当前所面临的两大突出矛盾：一是经济的持续高速增长与环境保护力度相对不足之间的矛盾；二是经济发展所导致的水资源需求的迅猛扩张与水资源供给有限性之间的矛盾。并以加强保护、开源节流为原则提出了安全保障对策。

Security Suffering of Water Resources in China and Countermeasures

Two main conflicts of Chinese water resource security were discussed from the actual state and the development trend of Chinese water resource contamination. One was the conflict between the persistent high speed development of economy and the shortage of environmental protection, the other was the conflict between limited supply water resource and huge need of water resource resulted from economic development. According to the principles of enhancing protection and taping new resources and economizing on expense, some security protection measures were put forward.
