| 摘 要： | Anewmethodwasproposedforpredictingsingleeventupset(SEU)rateofsemiconductordevicesinspaceorbitsbasedonBayestheory.TheSEUrateswerecalculatedforthesamekindofsemiconductordevicesbasedonsmallsample’sexperimentdata,byfittingthecurveoftherelationshipbetweentheupsetcross-sectionsofsemiconductordeviceandtheheavyion’sLET,andusingtheFOMmethod.ThepossibleintervalsoftheSEUratesinagivenconfidencewerepredicted,too.
