玉米赤霉烯酮脱毒剂的应用分析与优化研究

摘    要:玉米赤霉烯酮等真菌毒素严重威胁饲料安全和食品安全,脱除粮油加工和饲料生产过程中的真菌毒素具有重要意义.归纳总结了国内外广泛使用的脱毒剂产品,针对三种代表性产品 M、B、A 进行玉米赤霉烯酮脱除效果评价.结果表明,3种脱毒剂在pH=7.0下的脱毒效果均好于pH=4.0.在pH=7.0条件下,添加量为2‰时,脱毒剂M、B、A的脱毒率分别为45.6%、30.7%和27.8%.然后对脱毒剂M的应用参数进行响应面设计优化,当添加量1.8‰、孵育时间30.2 h、温度36.4 ℃和pH=7.0时,脱毒剂M对玉米赤霉烯酮的脱毒效率可达到61.2%.

Abstract:Mycotoxins in grain can seriously threaten the food and feed safety. It is necessary to remove the mycotoxins such as zearalenone in food processing and feed production. In this paper, the ingredients and properties of detoxifiers which were wildly used at home and abroad were summarized. And zearalenone removal effect of three representative detoxifiers M, B, A were investigated in lab-scale experiment. The three detoxifiers all showed better removal effect at pH=7.0 than that at pH=4.0. The detoxification rate of detoxifiers M, B, A were respectively 45.6%, 30.7% and 27.8% at pH=7.0 with 2‰ dosage. Response surface method was used to optimize detoxification rate of detoxifier M, which could reach 61.2% at the optimization condition of 1.8‰ dosage, 30.2 h incubation time, 36.4 ℃and pH=7.0.
