摘    要:以二甲基硅油为基础油,绝缘粉体氮化铝为添加剂制备复合锂基润滑脂.利用导热系数测定仪和体积电阻率测定仪测量润滑脂的导热性能与绝缘性能.利用往复摩擦磨损试验机考察润滑脂在电场条件下的摩擦磨损性能,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱分析仪(EDS)对磨损形貌以及磨损表面化学元素组成进行分析.结果表明,绝缘脂的体积电阻率越大、导热系数越高,摩擦系数越小越平稳,其减摩抗磨机理可归因于导热性能与绝缘性能协同减轻了电弧对摩擦面的侵蚀.

Abstract:Using dimethyl silicon oil as base oil, and insulating AlN powder as the additive, lithium complex insulating grease was prepared. The thermal conductivity instrument and volume resistivity instrument were utilized to evaluate the thermal conductivity and insulating properties of the grease. The tribological properties of the grease under electric field conditions were studied with a reciprocating friction-wear testing machine. The SEM and EDS were used to analyze the morphology and chemical compositions of worn surfaces. The result showed that, with the increasing of thermal conductivity and volume resistivity, the grease showed better tribological property under electrical field, which can be ascribed to that the functions of thermal conductivity and insulating properties are helpful to abate the arc erosion on the friction contacts.
