丁二烯第二塔组流程模拟的物性选择

摘    要:提出了乙腈法萃取1,3丁二烯装置第2塔组进行流程模拟的最佳物性方法,由模拟数据入手,利用Aspen Plus为平台,使用WILSON方法、UNIFAC方法、NRTL方法对乙腈法萃取1,3丁二烯装置的第2塔组进行模拟,将模拟结果与生产情况进行对比,选出的WILSON方法具有高的可信度,由模拟计算得到的结果可以用于塔的水力学设计计算及标定核算.

Abstract:The best method of choice is given for 1,3-butadiene acetonitrile extraction method of the second device to simulate the tower cluster properties.Starting from the simulated data,using Aspen Plus as the platform,WILSON and UNIFAC and NRTL equations are used to simulate 1,3-butadiene acetonitrile extraction device of the second tower cluster.By comparing simulation results with production,the Wilson equation is optimized with a high creditability.The simulation results can be used for hydraulic design calcul...
