摘    要:采用自蔓延燃烧法制备CuCr2O4,以硝酸铜、硝酸铬为原料,添加柠檬酸、尿素和PEG200配制混合溶液,借助自主设计的自蔓延燃烧合成炉实现了浓缩溶液的连续自蔓延燃烧。通过调整PEG200加入量,获得了高度蓬松的无定型态燃烧产物。对燃烧产物进行煅烧处理,研究了煅烧温度、升温速率、保温时间等工艺参数对样品物相组成和微观形貌影响。经15℃/min升温至950℃保温0.5~1.0 h煅烧处理,燃烧产物转化为晶体结构完整、粒径分布在亚微米范围的CuCr2O4亚微米晶,所得CuCr2O4粉体特别适合作为铜铬黑颜料推广应用。
