摘    要:为了实现波面检定仪无线调节单元的限位功能,采用限位控制系统来限制电机的位置行程,并通过CC2530控制板获取触发限位开关的电压信息以及精密直流电机的限位状态电压信息。实验结果表明,波面检定仪无线调节单元的限位系统可实现对调节单元的限位控制,并获取相应的限位信息,还能使波面检定仪无线调节单元的调节更加准确和有效,从而可实现对样品面形的精确测量。

Abstract:In order to achieve the position limit function of the wave surface analyzer wireless adjustment unit, the system uses a position limit control system to limit position travel of the motor. The system also can obtain the voltage information of trigger and the limit state voltage information of precision DC motor through the CC2530 control panel. The experimental results show that the position limit system of the wireless adjustment unit of the wave surface analyzer can realize the position limit control of the adjustment unit which makes the adjustment of the wireless adjustment unit of the wave surface analyzer more accurate and effective and is beneficial to the accurate measurement of the sample surface.
