| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了包钢500 m2烧结机实现混合料水分自动检测与控制的研究与应用,基于理论计算与水分仪测量相结合的控制加水理念,并充分考虑了生石灰消化加水、除尘灰加水、蒸汽预热因素的影响,首次在包钢烧结实现了混合料全自动加水,解决了水分波动的难题,为烧结提产、提质、降耗创造了条件。

| Abstract: | In this paper, it is introduced the researches and applications of automatic inspection and control for moisture of mixture for 500 m2 sintering machine in Baotou Steel. Based on the theories of controlling adding water combined theoreti- cal arithmetic with measurement with moisture meter, the automatic watering is realized the first time in sintering of Baotou Steel with considering the effects of watering for slaking of burnt lime and precipitator dust as well as the preheating of steam,with which the technical issue of moisture fluctuations is solved so as to create conditions for raising the capacities, improving the quality and reducing consumptions of sintering. |
