摘    要:针对空中红外图像中运动小目标的特征,提出了一种基于八邻域判决的运动小目标检测方法。该方法根据小目标运动的连续性,对前后两帧图像中小目标的位置进行比较,依据八邻域判决算法确定运动小目标的运动方向,从而将小目标与高频噪声点区别出来。实践证明,该技术结构简单,运算速度快,是一种检测性能好且在工程上易于实现的方法。

Abstract:A small moving target detection method based on the eight close area judgement is proposed according to the signatures of the small moving targets in air infrared images.Because the small target is moving continuously,the method first compares the positions of the small target in two sequential images and then determines the motion direction of the small target by means of the eight close area judgement algorithm and hence differentiate the small target from the yawp.The experiment results have shown that this technique is simple in structure and fast in operation.It is a method which has good detection performance and can be easily implemented in engineering.
