摘    要:介绍了一种柔性激光跟踪三维坐标测量系统的工作原理及其主要功能特点,对组成系统的激光跟踪干涉仪的设计做了论述.该系统具有较高的三维坐标测量精度和较强的三维运动目标跟踪能力,可以满足一般工业应用场合下对三维坐标的测量要求.

Abstract:The working principle, main functions and characteristics of a laser tracking 3D coordinate measuring system are introduced; the design of laser tracking interferometer which constnacts the system is dissertated. The system has high accuracy to measure 3D coordinate and high tracking ability to track target moved in 3D space. It can meet the needs of 3D coordinate measurement requirements in general indnstrial applications.
