导数法分析独立悬架机构

摘    要:结合汽车独立悬架机构的特点,主要探讨了如何用导数法分析独立悬架机构运动特性。汽车三种不同运动状态(平路、不平路面、转弯)下,利用导数法解析车辆独立悬架机构的运动情形,并用由自由度分析确认结果的正确性。分析轮胎弹跳及车身翻滚时轮胎和车身二者的运动关联。

Abstract:The paper discusses the motion of vehicle independent suspension mechanism using suspension derivative approach in the light of the features of vehicle independent suspension mechanism.Under three different states of the vehicle(smooth road,uneven road and curve road),the motioning situation of the vehicle's suspension mechanism can be analyzed with the derivative method,meanwhile,the correctness of the result through the method of degree of freedom analysis is testified.Finally the kinematical relation between the vehicle body and tires is classified when the tires bounce and the vehicle rolls.
