摘    要:对1Cr18Ni9Ti无缝钢管表面折皱缺陷产生的原因进行了试验研究,指出控制合理的化学成分,制定合理的加热工艺,选择合适的穿孔参数,折皱缺陷是可以消除的。

Abstract:The experimental investigations on the causes of wrinckles occurred on the surfaces of 1Cr18Ni9Ti seamless tubes shows that the wrinckles can be avoided by controlling chemical compositions, determining rational heat-treatment processes and selecting proper piercing parameters.
