摘    要:以衣康酸、苯乙烯磺酸钠、马来酸酐为单体,采用水溶液自由基聚合方法合成衣康酸-苯乙烯磺酸钠-马来酸酐共聚物.静态试验条件下探讨了共聚物投加量、钙离子质量浓度对共聚物阻垢率的影响;利用电视显微电泳仪和透射电镜对阻垢机理进行了初步研究。实验结果表明:衣康酸-苯乙烯磺酸钠-马来酸酐共聚物具有良好的阻垢分散性能,其主要通过螯合增溶作用、静电斥力作用和晶格畸变三方面的作用来实现其阻垢性能。

Abstract:The IA-SSS-MA terpolymer was prepared from IA(Itaconic acid),SSS(styrene sulfonic sodium),and MA (maleic anhydride) by the free-radical polymerization in aqueous solution. By using the static experiment method,the effect of inhibition with amount of terpolymer and the mass concentration of Ca^2+ had been studied,and the mechanism of anti-scaling had been studied primarily with the help of Zeta-meter and transmission electron microscope (TEM).The experimental results showed that the IA-SSS-MA terpolymer had an excellent efficiency of scale inhibition,electrostatic repellion,chelating function and lattice distortion are the main factors for the terpolymer's good scale inhibition.
