点间耦合强度对平行耦合三量子点体系电导的影响

摘    要:利用非平衡格林函数方法,通过一个平行耦合三量子点系统的电导被研究。电导作为电子能级的函数被数值计算。通过调整点间隧穿耦合强度,共振峰可以转变为Fano反共振峰。此外,在电导能谱中观察到2个Fano反共振峰和一个Breit-Wigner共振峰。

Abstract:Using the non-equilibrium Green's function technique,the conductance through a parallel-coupled triple quantum dot system is investigated.The conductance as a function of electron energy is numerically calculated.By adjusting the inter-dot tunneling coupling strength,the resonance peaks may change into the Fano antiresonance peaks.Moreover,one can observe two Fano antiresonance peaks and one Breit-Wigner resonance peak in the conductance spectrum.
