微建筑·微生活——关于居住微空间的探讨

随着中国城市化进程的加快，城市人口数量日益增长。这将会导致城市中人均占有的空间比例越来越少，使得本就严峻的住房问题更加棘手。为了缓解人口问题给城市带来的压力，笔者在本文中提出“居住微空间化”的解决办法。本文旨在研究微空间在住宅建筑中的现状、发展以及未来，对未来人均占有空间和住宅模式发展进行综合考虑，并认为居住的微空间化是未来住宅模式的一种趋势。

Micro-space and micro-life: a study on the micro residential space

With the speeding urbanization in China, the urban population is increasing sharply, which leads to a decreasing average space per capita in the urban area, a more and more severe housing problem. To release the pressure, the paper raise an idea so called the “micro-residential-spatialization ”. It intends to study the current condition and the future development of the micro-space in the housing system, to give a comprehensive consideration of the average space and dwelling patterns. It believes that the micro residential space is a tendency for the future life.
