带压作业技术在江汉油田的推广现状及完善建议

江汉油田引进带压作业设备是为了解决注水中的作业问题。该项设备适用于油水井的常规带压作业,但存在着一些问题:一是原井内工具内径差异造成工具内堵困难;二是外径差异及工具串太长,致使带压作业装置的倒出空间不够;三是常规分注井,其原井下的水嘴更换困难。建议:改进下井管柱设计,以便下次进行带压作业;对需要带压作业的井进行定期作业,减少管柱穿孔腐蚀等现象的出现,同时进行定压自动井液工艺攻关,对现有设备进行改进,以便适应大修作业。

On Popularity and Improvement of Pressure-Carrying Operation Technique in Jianghan Oilfield

Pingbei Oilfield is typical oil reservoir with low permeability,low porosity and low pressure.To achieve benefit-driven development,the author advocates starting with optimizing design decreasing the spending on a single well by less than one million Yuan to ensure input-output balance and higher return of investment and,in addition,being careful with well spacing with perfect well pattern blocks taking conventional directional development and injection-production pattern,whose reserves are hard to draw out in a regular way and whose edge is not perfect,taking horizontal well development.
