广东能源发展战略研究

根据广东的经济社会发展目标,分析了能源需求趋势,阐述了在国内、外发展大环境下广东能源发展所面临的挑战与机遇,研究提出了广东能源发展要以满足广东全面建设小康社会和率先实现现代化发展的能源供应为目标,树立科学的发展观和可持续发展观,实施节能优先、拓展多元化的能源供应渠道、加强能源运输体系建设、优化能源结构、促进能源与环境的协调发展和构建石油安全保障体系五大发展战略。

Research on Energy Development Stratagem in Guangdong Province

According to the target of economic and social development in Guangdong province,this paper analyzes the trend of energy demand,sets forth the challenges and opportunities of energy development in Guangdong under the general environment of domestic and foreign development,studies and then puts forward that the energy development of Guangdong should aim at satisfying the energy supply to overall construction of well-off society and realization of modernization development,building scientific concept of development and sustainable development,and implementing the development strategy which include: give priority to energy saving,expand diversified channels of energy supply,strengthen construction of energy transportation system,optimize energy structure,promote coordinated development of energy and environment,and construct petroleum security safeguard system.
