抗铝液侵蚀坩埚材料的试验研究

摘    要:分析不锈钢、球墨铸铁、灰口铸铁、过共析钢等金属材料的组织结构,研究了材料组织结构对抗铝液侵蚀能力的影响,试验得出各种材料抗铝液侵蚀能力比较数据。在此基础上设计陶瓷-金属表面复合材料,讨论了构成陶瓷-金属表面复合材料的方法和工艺,用陶瓷中的Al2O3成分抵抗铝液对母体金属的侵蚀。试验结果证明,该方法可以显著提高材料的抗铝液侵蚀的能力。

Abstract:The structure of stainless steel, nodular graphite cast iron, grey iron and hypereutectic steel was studied, the effect of structure on the erosion resistance to the melted aluminum was analyzed, and a set of data of resistance to melted aluminum erosion for various materials was obtained through test. Based on these results, a ceramic-metallic composite was designed, and the preparation technology was discussed. The Al2O3 in ceramic can resist the erosion of melted aluminum to the matrix. The result shows that the method can enhance the erosion resistance to the melted aluminum significantly.
