摘    要:针对卧螺离心机在物料沉降分离时,由于螺旋叶片与转鼓相对运动而产生影响分离效果的搅动现象,提出了一种差速传动机构改进方法.将常用双级2K-H型差速器与超越离合器结合在一起,在沉积物沉降时实现无差速运行,避免了相对运动所带来的不良效果.并对机构传动比、传动效率以及功率损失等参数进行了计算分析.

Abstract:To put forward a plan to improve the differential framework in relation to against the churn phenomenon which due to the reversely movement of traditional horizontal screw decanter centrifuge. This project assembles overrunning clutch with type 2K ?H two ?stage planetary gear differential. With this plan, no different-speed can be achieved when sedimentation subsides, and the badness effect can be avoided. It also analyses and calculates its interrelated parameters.
