高地应力巷道卸压控制技术ABAQUS模拟

摘    要:高地应力软岩巷道地应力比较大,如果采用常规的支护技术无法满足巷道支护的要求,会造成巷道多次返修以及相应的安全隐患。基于大型有限元ABAQUS软件,建立高地应力卸压巷道控制技术有限元分析模型,应用Drucker-Prager岩体模型,分别分析了卸压巷道在不同位置、不同开挖顺序、不同相对距离等条件下保护巷道围岩体的应力应变。分析结果表明:布置了卸压巷道能明显改善高地应力巷道周围的应力集中,有利于巷道整体结构的稳定性。得出结论:①先开掘卸压巷道再开掘主巷道;②距离主巷道4 m左右支护效果最佳;③需要针对不同的来压方向选择卸压巷道相对位置等。模拟结果可为同类高地应力巷道支护设计提供一定参考作用。

Abstract:Because of the large geo-stress of soft rock roadway with high stress,the conventional support technology can not meet requirement of roadway support,resulting in many times of tunnel maintenance and the corresponding security risks.Based on ABAQUS software,the finite element analysis model for high stress relief roadway control technology is established.Drucker-Prager model of rock is adopted to analyze respectively the stress and strain in protecting roadway surrounding rocks of pressure-relief tunnel in different location,different excavating sequences and different relative distances.The results show that the pressure-relief roadways can significantly improve the stress concentration around the roadway with high stress,which is conducive to keep the stability of roadway structure.The conclusion is:1) pressure relief tunnel is firstly excavated,followed by the main tunnel,2) the optimal supporting locates at 4m from the main tunnel,and 3) different relative position of pressure-relief tunnel is selected for different direction of pressure arrival.The simulation results provide a reference for the design of similar high-stress roadway.
