摘    要:为了降低纯棉精梳针织纱毛羽.结合生产实践,采取不同工艺设计、不同工艺参数进行纺纱试验研究.结果表明:影响纯棉精梳针织纱成纱毛羽的因素较多,主要有原料、工艺、设备以及管理水平等,涉及从原棉到整个纺纱生产工序的各个环节.指出:实际生产中适当增加落棉率;增加生产环境的相对湿度,提高粗纱的回潮率,在保证细纱工序不出"硬头"的情况下,粗纱捻系数可以偏大掌握;细纱工序合理配置纺专器材,可以降低成纱毛羽.

Abstract:According to the production practice,spinning test was done by adopting different processing design and different processing parameters to reduce pure cotton combed knitting yarn hairiness.The result shows that the influence factors on pure cotton combed yarn hairiness are more,these are material,processing,equipment,management level and so on,and the factors refer to each aspect in the whole process.The measures of increasing waste percentage suitably,increasing relative moisture of production environment,enhancing moisture regain of roving,controlling roving twist factor bigger in the condition of no hard head in spinning process,configuring spinning apparatus reasonably in spinning process can reduce yarn hairiness.
