小波纹齿角梯形规整填料实验研究

摘    要:规整填料在过程工业中得到广泛的应用,但近年来性能改进不大,因此它的强化研究具有重要意义。文中在1套全自动的50 mm内径的精馏塔内,用乙醇-正丙醇体系对小波纹齿角梯形规整填料的流体力学和传质性能进行了研究,并与相同比表面积的Mellapak填料进行了比较。实验表明,小波纹齿角梯形规整填料单位床层压降可减小30%,同时传质效率提高了16%。小齿角梯形规整填料综合性能优良,是一种有广泛应用前景的新型波纹规整填料。

Abstract:Structured packing is widely used in process industries,but its performances are not improved too much in recent years.It is very important,therefore,to study its intensification.Distillation experiment with alcohol/n-propyl alcohol system was carried out in a full automatic column with inside diameter of 50 mm.The hydrodynamic and mass transfer performance of Smaller Channel Opening Angle packing(SCOA packing) and Mellapak packing were compared.The experimental results show that the pressure drop of the SCOA packing can be reduced by 30%,and its mass transfer efficiency can be increased by 16%,compared with Mellapak packing with the same specific surface area.SCOA packing is a new promising structured packing owing to its excellent performance.
