| 摘 要： | 企业是社会的重要组成部分,营造和谐环境既是构建和谐社会的要求,也是企业持续健康发展的需要,同时也是企业文化建设的重要目标之一。国有企业通过用“人和”、“合和”理念,及有效沟通、诚信守诺,建立和善的客户关系的途径,可以夯实和谐企业的文化基础,为构建和谐社会做出应有贡献。

| Abstract: | Enterprise is important part of society, to build harmonious environment is not only the requirement of building harmonious society bur also the need to maintain enterprise's healthy development, and one of the important targets of ECC. State-owned enterprise can tamp base of harmonious enterprise culture and contribute to building harmonious society with concept of " harmony with the people", "harmonious cooperation", effective communication, honest, building kind relationship with clients. |
